Andrew Smith

Long-Term Property Manager

Originally from Los Angeles and having lived throughout California, Andrew brings a well-rounded, adaptable perspective to property management. As the oldest of seven, he developed a natural sense of responsibility and a genuine passion for helping others, qualities that ultimately led him to a career in real estate. Known for his approachable style and attention to detail, Andrew is committed to creating positive experiences for both owners and residents alike. Outside of work, he enjoys drawing, creating music, and staying active, pursuits that fuel his creativity and balance his professional life.

M. Breanne Vachon

Long-Term Leasing Agent

Oregon-born and raised in Southern California, Breanne made her way back to Central Oregon in 2002 because, at heart, she’s a country girl through and through!

Before joining the Village Properties at Sunriver team in March 2026, Breanne’s professional background spanned two relationship-centric industries. She spent the first half of her career in banking, working closely with lenders and title agents across six states and specializing in construction loans to help build dreams into reality. She later transitioned into the building industry itself, where she worked alongside contractors to sell materials, complete takeoffs, and manage a building supply warehouse. With a background in friendly and helpful communication, problem-solving, and creating welcoming spaces and communities, we’ve been thrilled to welcome Breanne to our Long-Term Rentals Team to help Central Oregon rental owners and tenants find homes and communities that fit them perfectly.

When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find Breanne outdoors. She loves camping, spending time on the water, exploring the woods, and hunting. Fun fact: Breanne is a bow hunter and holds an Oregon record for a non-typical buck!
