Andrew Smith

Long-Term Property Manager

Originally from Los Angeles and having lived throughout California, Andrew brings a well-rounded, adaptable perspective to property management. As the oldest of seven, he developed a natural sense of responsibility and a genuine passion for helping others, qualities that ultimately led him to a career in real estate. Known for his approachable style and attention to detail, Andrew is committed to creating positive experiences for both owners and residents alike. Outside of work, he enjoys drawing, creating music, and staying active, pursuits that fuel his creativity and balance his professional life.

Jen White

Long-Term Leasing Assistant

Jen is a seasoned administrative professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting teams and organizations with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Her career includes work with a nonprofit in Salem, as well as roles in the Real Property and Retirement Plan Services departments at Pioneer Trust Bank, where she built a strong foundation in administrative operations and client support. In October, Jen and her husband relocated from Salem so he could pursue a new career opportunity, embracing an exciting new chapter together.

Outside of work, Jen is the proud mother of two amazing adult sons and a devoted grandmother to three adorable grandsons who bring her endless joy. She enjoys refinishing furniture and practicing calligraphy, creative outlets that reflect her patience and attention to detail. Most of all, she treasures spending time with her grandbabies and making lasting family memories.
